I am in need of another employee besides myself and Zoro-san. The gutting and boning of the fish is becoming much too time consuming, so I am looking to hire one or two people to do that, so I can spend more time actually catching the fish. Pay is very good, since I know for humans it is maybe a little gross. All you need to be able to do is use a boning knife, and if you can't I can show you pretty easily, and be willing to get pretty messy and smelly---though a shower or a swim in the ocean will usually solve that.
